It is the mission of Community Connections to:

• Provide quality, self-esteem building extra-curricular activities for children with physical and developmental disabilities and delays.

• Give parents and family members of children with disabilities a safe environment for education and support.

• Empower children and families with information and training to maximize the quality of life and developmental potential of children and young adults affected by autism spectrum disorders.
